We are the Peays. We are a family of six that had a dream of moving to the country and having a farm for years. We finally moved to 5 acres here in Utah in 2023 and love having our own land. We got thrown into farming a bit quicker than anticipated (thanks to greenbelt laws). We got our first highland cow in December of 2023 and purchased four more highlands in January 2024. All three are pregnant and due this fall, we can’t wait! We will be breading highlands and growing cut flowers.
